Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out when and how you can request a refund for services purchased from Pro Endurance Coaching. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

1. Your Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you book a service online you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, provided the service has not yet started.

If you ask us to begin the service within the 14-day period, you agree that:

  • You lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed.

  • If you cancel partway through, we may deduct a fair amount for the portion of service already delivered.

2. Individual Session Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before the session: full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

  • No-show: no refund.

3. Monthly Coaching Packages

  • Monthly packages can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice by email.

  • Refunds are not provided for the current paid month once it has started.

  • Any unused sessions within the paid period can still be used until the end of that period.

4. Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a session or cannot deliver part of a package (e.g. coach illness, venue closure, weather), you will be offered:

  • A full refund for the cancelled session, or

  • A free rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time.

5. Digital Products and Training Plans

Pre-written training plans, PDF guides, and other digital products are non-refundable once you have downloaded or accessed them, except where required by law.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@proendurancecoaching.co.uk with:

  • Your full name and the email address used to book.

  • The service or session you are requesting a refund for.

  • The reason for the refund request.

We will respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

7. Disputes

If you are unhappy with our decision, you can raise a complaint through the contact details above. This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
